Every event is included with detailed coverage of the top crews. My only complaint is that as usual the coverage concentrates on the top few contenders and ignores the action further down the field. A Comprehensive Package (25 December 2009)Duke WRC review DVD's have been pretty consistent for the last few years, normally containing a 90 minute or so review of the complete season and, on most DVD's (though notably not the 2008 review), some bonus onboard sequences or brief features. The 2009 DVD is a little bit different though and I have to say I'm nothing less then utterly impressed with it. Each round of the 2009 calendar gets a comprehensive review and the second disc is loaded with extras. About the only thing I can fault (and its a minor fault, hence why I've still given the DVD 5 stars) is that the extras don't include any complete onboard stage videos - the review itself contains more than enough footage of the cars though, so you won't miss out too much! I hope someone at Duke reads this review and we see similar quality WRC review DVD's in the future, as this 2 DVD package has really raised the bar - if you're a rally fan then I'd definately recommend this; 2009 was the most interesting WRC season we've had for a few years and this DVD manages to cover an awful lot of it! |
