Great Fun (17 December 2008)
I loved this film, I'm not usually a lover of american humour but this was very funny, and there are some hilarious one liners and scream out loud hilarious moments (When the Police arrive regarding the "noise complaint" is one, the Name Badge one is the other amongst many).
I can't recommend this highly enough, if you have a warped sense of humour like mine you will love it.
Yeah yeah there have been complaints of it being "predictable" but come on, what do you expect from a feelgood film like this?
Loved it, can we have more silly films to make us laugh like this one please??

Should have stayed there (26 November 2008)
This is a very heavy-handed narrative, in which a pair of New Yorkers: slobby unemployed Jack (Kutcher) meets prissy, aspirational, control-freak Joy (Diaz) under unusual circumstances when they both find themselves emotionally bruised and 'recovering' in Vegas. An evening of 'bonding' over heavy drinking finds the two making use of one of the city's famous wedding chapels - and, Britney Spears-style, living to regret it. But during the morning after the night before, things are complicated by a $3 million fruit machine win... to which both parties feel they have a claim.

The unlikely couple seek to divorce: but are forced into cohabitation by the improbable ruling of a quirky judge... who sentences them to 6 months "hard marriage" - or neither of them will see a dime of the winnings.

Despite the attractive leads and the almost chemistry between them, this is a disappointing movie very much within the boy-meets-girl-girl-moves-in-with-boy-they-decide-to-drive-each-other-crazy mould.

Funnier than I expected (20 November 2008)
I laughed out loud the whole way through this film. Typical Diaz and Kutcher humour, good silly fun with a reasonable storyline.
If you aren't looking for anything too serious this is for you, and if you are a fan of these 2 you are bound to love it!

Not bad (30 October 2008)
Watched this film on a flight to Las Vegas which gave it some entertaiment value. Although it is highly unbelivable and its all been done before, no better that your average rom-com. As long as you bring your imagination with you it is fun. Bonus points for Aston Kutcher he's always entertaining. Average film worth watching on a girly night in but don't go out of your way. Ending bit is quite funny though.

This film is funny, has a slightly different spin on a common used story line, it's basically a good time waster.

For the bad reviews on this film from others saying things like its 'corny' 'predictable' 'typical' well what else where you expecting? This is a chick flick film and has the same core ingredients has the other 1,000,000 chick flick films out there.

If you like chick flicks and happy endings with some good comedy thrown in then this is for you, if you don't want any of that then why are you buying a chick flick?
