  I SEE DEAD PEOPLE! ! ! ! (05 December 2008)
I have heard so many rummors about this film and i didn't think it would be any good, so checked just finished watching it and my god it is a masterpiece. A very clever film with a twist that'll come out of nowhere. The acting is excellent the kid should've won an award for this or something and bruce willis is great aswell. The story is brilliant, it does start of slow abit but it picks up very fast and will keep you entertained for the whole film. The best thing is how everything comes together at the endwhere the boy starts to communicate with his mom is a great scene. You just don't get films like this anymore. Anyone who doesn't like this film either don't like horror movies, they are stupid or just hate films that are popular that's my only explanation. Highly recommended film. I SEE DEAD PEOPLE! ! ! !

Shyamalan at his best! (27 November 2008)
I'm a big fan of M. Night Shyamalan, and there are some of his films which I really liked that most people wouldn't rate very highly. The Sixth Sense though, is simply outstanding! One of the greatest films in modern times, and I couldn't think of many film fans who would disagree with me. I was on the edge of my seat throughout due to the suspense which Shyamalan creates so well; it certainly made me jump a few times. However, the thing that hits you the most is the standard of the acting. Haley Joel Osment, considering his age at the time that this was filmed, played a very moving role and performed better than most adult actors. And what can you say about Bruce Willis? If anything, his role as a calm psychologist was more impressive than his action junkie identity shown in Die Hard.

The director puts his usual twist into the film, and on the second watching, you do see some hints leading to it, but I would never have guessed it when I saw the film for the first time.

The Sixth Sense really makes you think after watching it, it moves you in more ways than one. Plus, there are some interesting extras on the second disc which definately makes it worth buying this edition. A truely brilliant film, one of my favourites.

Buy the video NOT the DVD (23 August 2008)
When this was recently broadcast on British TV, I watched it, on my Widescreen TV & played back the 4.3 version that I had recorded some years ago, from/on, SKY movies on my 4.3 TV. In doing so I noticed that there was NO additional side footage, which meant that in order to upscale a 4 x 3 to 16 X 9 widescreen, the TV broadcaster had to crop 25% of the top & or bottom of the comparative 16 X 12 image. NB. the 3 in 4 X 3 is equal to, image length/4 - 25% therego since the broadcast image length = 16 then its (4 X 3) height/depth, = 12 not 9 which is = to 12 - 25%.

Bruce Willis is a ghost. (10 August 2008)
This film fooled me into thinking that Bruce Willis was alive and then it tries to make out he was a ghost all along! So how come he didnt walk through a wall or fall through the floor? No, this is silly. If ghosts did exist they would not wear clothes or go around scaring people. For a more realistic film of ghosts - which don't exist - watch Ghostbusters or Ghost. Avoid this one at all costs.

Good TYPE OF Bleak... (17 February 2008)
This is a very bleak film, no mistake, but I still enjoyed it. I won't give too much away because it's better when you don't know what it's about. If you're a fan of M. Night Shamalan... even if you aren't, I strongly suggest this film. The acting is well thought out and realistic, but this film still isn't terrifying: fantastic choice for a first horror film.

Great!
