Limited use (16 May 2010)
This is ok as an over-view DVD if you can get it for 2-3 pounds and you have space for a junk DVD on your shelf. Its not worth more than that. Didnt find it any help on working on my technique and I am not sure if I will give it more than 1 viewing (2 at most). And I am saying this as a complete new-bie to the game (bought it from Amazon). The DVD I found helpful and am constantly looking through for help on technique is the Digital Golf School by Simon Holmes. If you are a starter and dont have time to waste or cash to burn then I would recommend not bothering with this Dummies DVD.

OK, but not great (08 December 2009)
This DVD has a nice relaxed style and the presenter is humourous but still authoritative. But as with many golf lessons via DVD - and indeed books - it's all very well watching, but the question will always remain, 'Can I put it into practice?' And the answer to that will only come on the course or with a one to one lesson with a pro. This DVD doesn't bridge the gap.

I purchased this DVD because I already had the book. The best thing in the book was the exercises by Paul Callaway, a physical therapist, but this section was missing on the DVD. It does have some good advice and practice drills though and I'm sure anyone will improve thier game.
