Customer Reviews:

Same old Family Guy, it's not getting better it's getting worse. (26 August 2008)
Well I've never been a massive Family Guy fan but I have always liked the programme I thought it was funny and original. But it seems to be losing it's creativity originality and comedy moments that made it so great on the first 3 seasons.

Now it has become excactly like "The Simpsons" (still better though). The episodes are good but not up to Family Guy standards, they all have funny moment but I feel like they've done it all before got it off some other good tv animated show. Aswell I think it's really stupid Family Guy fans trying to be cool and bashing the The Simpsons 1. It doesn't really matter & 2. There both as bad as each other. It seems that most programmes that become really popular just get lazy in their writting and continue to write badly written cheesey unfunny episodes so they'd get money easily. The one programme that actually stands out is South Park though it's overrated it still manages to keep it's creativity and hilarious moments in the programme. Family Guy fan? then buy this otherwise I wouldn't bother.

  GREAT (16 July 2008)
I am a massive fan of fg and as normal i was not dissapointed with this excellent dvd i was in stiches throughout the entire dvd. In my opinion this is the best animated comedy GET IT !!!!!!!

Not a classic series but better than most (18 January 2008)
A lot of people seem to be bashing series 4 as not being as good as previous ones and while its not up to 3's standard its still better than anything the Simpsons, American Dad or South Park can muster up.

True the stories are more obviously all over the place with cut aways every minute or so but its still quality.

The Peter v Chicken fight is long, over the top and comes from nowhere, Brians racist barking, the family vomiting scene, Quagmire appearing from behind the couch at Megs sleepover.

Basically its an excellent season in its own right and shouldnt be compared or knocked due to the genious of previous seasons

  Family Guy (21 October 2007)
The Griffin Family are back once again, and once again they are just as brilliant. There are jokes left, right and centre once again, you won't go through five minutes of Family Guy without a laugh. Peter's arch nemesis the Giant Chicken returns to fight Peter once again after losing to him in a previous fight. And the Chicken Fight is even bigger, and funnier than the last one.
Family Guy is completely mad, the cutaways are brilliant. But once again, this shows that Family Guy is adult humour at it's finest

A step down after the two previous seasons (25 July 2007)
This series isn't as good as the two before it but it is a tiny bit better than series one. It is still quite good but I can't help comparing it to the season two and three and it didn't live up to my expectations. There are still some very good episodes and the jokes are still funny. I reccomend this to any Family Guy fan but I don't think you should buy it if you are new to Family Guy. I thought Family Guy might of been going downhill but I was proved wrong by series five ( luckily ).
