A non-surfers view (14 October 2006)
I do not surf, I never have surfed and probably never will BUT, I was entranced by this film when I first saw it in the cinema many years ago. The way the images and the music - Echoes by Pink Floyd from 'Meddle' - are melded together have a magical feel. If you like the sea and like the music of Pink Floyd then this is a must buy recording.

A Surfer's Dream (24 May 2003)
If you surf, have surfed, or would like to surf then get this. It is up there with other greats such as Morning of the Earth and Big Wednesday. George Greenough is a legend and you will never get bored of the story he tells about a dream he had. The soundtrack is classic. The credits say Pink Floyd but there is another track that I cannot find on their albums. After the Pub, flat days or just to step back to the good old days then this is a must have.

Worth every penny but be warned. Do not lend it to anyone. You may never see it again.
