I bought this dvd a year ago and my brother 'stole' it from me. To no suprise I bought a second one and my friend made it 'disappear'(with my blessing of course). Yes I'm buying it for the third time in less than 24 months. This alone should tell you how good the music is on this dvd. Buy it even if you do not like jazz, you will not regret it.

I was fortunate enough to see Botti's band play live in London this year.
And that performance was the best I have ever seen.. I was still emotional struck by it after 24 hours and I'm an amature musician myself so I've been around the block and know how difficult it is to put on a good show and he does it so incredibly well...

Review:
Now the normal DVD, which I bought first and than saw him perform and now the BD after that performance, when I finally boosted up my home cinema set and bought a Blu Ray player ( and other stuff :-) )..

With the incredible PCM 5.1 audio plus the excellent picture quality and than to see the more than perfect show Chris Botti puts on with other performers like Sting, Gladys Knight, Burt Bacharach etc..
The Band live is combining stunning musicianship and feel to really "out do" the original studio-performance and making it even more magical with the orchestra to back that up. The sound quality is really perfect...

This BD is a MUST HAVE for every musician, music-lover and big-%ss stereo owners.. Quality, combined with the brilliant play of all the musicians, with almost every member of his band belonging to the top 10-20 musicians in the world, with this BD you can't go wrong...

Buy it and enjoy it for life..

Oh and seeing him on this BD/DVD is seeing him live.. REALLY!!
