| | Customer Reviews: Very entertaining for babies (23 July 2008)This is the second Baby Einstein DVD I've purchased and my 7 month old daughter loves it. It has fantastic music and is high energy in some parts and very calm in others. Each colour is introduced where several images highlighting the colour are shown with music and sound effects. The little puppets are really entertaining. Vincent van Goat 'paints' pictures at the end of every colour sequence. To an adult, it might not look like it's well produced but my daughter finds this DVD really entertaining. We love it (16 June 2008)Our baby boy loved the Original from just 3 months. When he got bored of watching this every night to calm him before bed time we moved onto the Colours. He was re-captivated instantly. He is a very active and creative 10 month old ( almost walking already) and yet this still captures his imagination and is the only thing he stays still for. My 6 month old daughter is mesmerised by this DVD !!! (21 January 2008)Excellent in all ways. My little darling is captivated by this DVD. The opening music excites her & she squeels in delight as the puppets appear. It's educational as it teaches her colours & entertains her while I get on and do other things. Brilliant in every way (17 July 2007)My daughter has had this DVD since she was five months old, she is now ten months. I am a teacher and have to say this is a fantastic 20 minutes of fun. My daughter watches it most days while I make her supper and she is totally enthralled, she now predicts what is coming next and responds to all of the puppets and children. Worth every penny and not just a cartoon with no real educational benefits. Very Disappointed (14 February 2007)having purchased the original baby einstein and the children absolutly loving it, I thought that I would try another title. To say that my daughter hates this is an understatement. She screams when this is put on- the reason being is that it is far to busy. The original video was very clam and the screen changed at a fairly slow pace, but on this both the images on the screen are fast and the accompaning music. |
