This really works (18 October 2008)
Read the book, nearly stopped smoking. Decided to buy the DVD as it would be quicker than reading the book again. That was 7 weeks ago and have not smoked since. Only had cravings for a couple of days. and have not used any nicotine substitutes. I also have not substitiuted food and have not put on any weight. I have given up before and this time it has been so easy. I cannot explain how or why it works, but please give it a go. (I do not know whther reading the book first made any difference)

Outstanding Investment (05 August 2008)
This DVD is outstanding investment to your health and your financial budget. Every smoker has lots of doubts about being smoker. There are millions of reasons to quit smoking, but because of brainwashing and addiction of cigarettes we can't really do it, until YOU WATCH THAT DVD. Great job Mr. Carr!
I would recommend that DVD or book of Mr. Carr's to everyone! That's the best investment I've done so far in my life!

Began a cynic and smoker (17 years) ended a non-smoker but still a cynic! (07 October 2007)
The last cigerrete I smoked, was not to the butt...because I was in fact quite happy to stop, in fact excited to stub it out.

Only thing left is to get rid of all these lighters and boxes of matches Ive managed to collect!!

Be a cynic and watch it, but at least have the desire to stop and comprehend the message. It is simple but sometimes the greatest ideas are...no hesitation....5 stars. FOR ME = LIFE CHANGING. Thanks to the late Allen Carr and his current MD Robin Hayley

Success at last (29 August 2007)
This DVD certainly worked for me. Was expecting pictures of lungs and lectures of how smoking kills you, but this is completely the opposite. It's very motivational and encouraging. It makes you feel good about giving up, and gives you a will power boost that will keep you going through those difficult first few days! All of my family that smoked have used it, and we've all given up!

If you're ready to give up smoking, this is the DVD for you. Plus, it's a lot quicker to watch than to read the book, so you'll be off the tabs in no time! Good Luck

Brilliant - it works (02 February 2007)
I watched this dvd 6 days ago. I quit before the dvd had ended. I did have cravings for the first few days but only very minor and the dvd explains how to deal with them. I feel absolutely brilliant. I do not think of smoking and I also have so much more energy. Since I have stopped I have saved £30 by not smoking which more than covered the price of the dvd.

If you want to quit then this is definately for you.
